Born in Mexico, Eugenia came to the United States at six years old and grew up in the small town of Blackfoot, Idaho. Her own experience immigrating to the United States helped shape her understanding of the challenges immigrant families can face and ultimately inspired her passion for immigration law.
Eugenia earned her law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law and has lived in Arizona since 2011. From a young age, she knew she wanted to become an attorney and dedicated herself to building a career where she could advocate for individuals and families navigating the legal system.
Eugenia has extensive experience representing clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. Her practice has included asylum, cancellation of removal, cases involving children and minors seeking humanitarian protection, and other complex immigration matters.

Naty was born and raised by immigrant parents in Nogales, Arizona. She later moved to Tucson, Arizona where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona. During her time at the U of A, she interned at Chicanos Por La Causa, which first sparked her interest in immigration law. Naty has always been passionate about being active in her community and continues to volunteer in citizenship drives organized by non-profit organizations.
Naty has assisted numerous individuals navigate through their immigration and criminal processes, with compassion and kindness. Naty also focuses on N-400 applications, DACA applications, family based petitions, advanced parole documents, adjustment of status, and other related immigration petitions before USCIS. Given her education, background, and experience, Naty is committed to continue learning and growing professionally. As a daughter of immigrants, Naty finds great reward in assisting individuals in their immigration processes.

Denisse was born and raised in Arizona. With over 10 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, she has assisted numerous clients throughout their immigration processes. Denisse primarily focuses on family-based petitions, consular processing, U Visas, VAWA self-petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, and other forms of humanitarian based relief.
Denisse is passionate about connecting with her clients and working closely with them, as they navigate through the complexities of the immigration process. Being able to see the reunification of families and the many individuals who now have a chance at fulfilling their American Dream is what truly inspires and motivates Denisse.
Denisse is a daughter, sister, wife, and mother of two. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, having dance parties with her kids, and taking long walks with her husband. She is also an avid photographer. Denisse’s hope is that she will also be an inspiration to her children so that one day, they can be the light in the life of others.
Maria Fernanda was born and raised in Venezuela and brings a deep understanding of the immigrant experience to her work. Through her background and experience working with immigrant communities, she is passionate about assisting individuals and families as they navigate complex immigration and criminal processes.
As a Case Manager, Maria Fernanda supports clients throughout their legal journey by assisting with case intake, client communication, document preparation, and coordination with legal teams to ensure cases move forward efficiently. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and compassionate approach when working with clients during often stressful and uncertain times, and is committed to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and respected.
Outside of work, Maria Fernanda enjoys creative projects, personal development, playing video games, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with her family, friends, and five pets—three cats and two dogs—who keep her life full and balanced.
Pamela was born and raised in San Luis, Arizona, a small border town that has deeply shaped her perspective on the immigrant experience. As a daughter of immigrants, she understands the significance of immigration work and the life-changing impact it has on families and communities like her own.
Pamela became interested in immigration law, given her personal connection to the immigrant journey. As a receptionist at Vianey Law, Pamela is often the first point of contact for clients and works to ensure everyone feels welcomed, respected, and supported from the very beginning of their legal process. Being so close to the U.S.-Mexico border has allowed Pamela to witness both the challenges and resilience of immigrant families. She finds great meaning in being part of a team that is dedicated to fighting for justice, dignity, and opportunity for those navigating the immigration system.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys writing and journaling, spending quality time with her family, and expressing her creativity through cooking and baking.
